Travel Med Surg RN in Nashville, TN

A Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care in a hospital unit in Nashville, Tennessee on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Meditech and supports adult med-surg care with telemetry, wound care, and remote sitter technology.

• Perform ongoing patient assessments and document changes promptly
• Administer medications, manage IV pumps, and use Pyxis access
• Place IV lines and Foley catheters as ordered
• Monitor telemetry and respond to patient needs
• Support wound care and remote sitter workflows
• Educate patients and families on care plans

• Current Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• IV pump experience
• Pyxis medication dispensing cabinet experience
• IV and Foley catheter placement skills

• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• CPI certification
