Travel Interventional Radiology Tech in Margate, FL

A Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist will support a special procedures unit in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in Margate, Florida. The unit uses GE Innova and Philips biplane imaging and documents in Meditech and MAC lab. The setting is fast paced and focused on neuro and interventional work.

• Prepare patients and procedure rooms for interventional and neuro imaging cases
• Assist physicians during vascular and neuro procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and support infection control practices
• Operate imaging equipment and capture images as directed
• Monitor patients during procedures and report changes promptly
• Document procedural details in the charting system
• Coordinate supplies and equipment for daily case flow

• ARRT R.T.(R) certification
• ACLS certification
• Neuro experience
• Florida radiologic technologist license

• Previous travel experience
