Travel Interventional Radiology Tech in Atlanta, GA

A Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist Registered Radiologic Technologist will perform interventional radiology procedures and assist physicians in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Atlanta, Georgia. The unit supports IR and special procedures and uses Cerner.

• Assist physicians during interventional radiology and special procedures
• Prepare patients, equipment, and the procedure room for IR cases
• Monitor patient status and support safe procedural workflow
• Maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures
• Document care and procedure activity in Cerner
• Support general vascular, coronary angiography, and catheterization cases

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
• Registered Radiologic Technologist credential
• 2 years of recent interventional radiology experience
• 2 years of diagnostic radiology experience
• BLS certification
• Cerner experience

• General vascular and coronary angiography experience
• Catheterization experience
