Travel Interventional Radiology RN in Hermiston, OR

A Travel Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse will provide care for patients undergoing invasive procedures in a critical access hospital for a 13-week contract in Hermiston, Oregon. The role supports angiography, embolization, cardiac catheterization, moderate sedation, and hemodynamic monitoring with sterile technique and rapid response to complications.

• Administer medications, anticoagulants, contrast, vasoactive agents, and emergency drugs
• Maintain sterile technique and assist during interventional and catheter-based procedures
• Monitor patients during moderate sedation and assess vital signs, oxygenation, and response
• Prepare instruments, guidewires, catheters, sheaths, and procedural trays for scrub support
• Record hemodynamic data, procedural events, supplies, contrast use, and device deployment
• Prepare patients, verify allergies and procedure details, and perform sheath pulls and vascular access management

• Current Oregon Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• 3 years experience in critical care, emergency, cath lab, or interventional radiology
• Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Continuing education appropriate to the area of practice

• BSN
• RCIS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Bilingual English-Spanish skills
