A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care in a medical ICU at an acute care hospital on an 8-week contract in Boston, Massachusetts. The unit serves level 1 trauma patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor critically ill patients
- Assess neurologic, hemodynamic, and respiratory status
- Administer medications and manage ICU therapies
- Coordinate care with physicians and the care team
- Document patient condition and response to treatment
- Respond quickly to changes in clinical status
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
- BLS, CPR, and ACLS certifications
- 2+ years of related critical care experience
- Level 1 trauma experience
