Travel ICU RN in Atlanta, GA

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care to ICU patients in an acute care hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Cerner and cares for general medical-surgical ICU patients.

• Monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition
• Administer and titrate medications and IV therapies as ordered
• Assess ventilator-dependent and hemodynamically unstable patients
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions and responses in Cerner
• Support admissions, transfers and discharges within the ICU

• Active Georgia Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of recent intensive care unit experience
• AHA BLS certification
• AHA ACLS certification

• CCRN certification
• NIHSS certification
