Travel House Supervisor RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel House Supervisor Registered Nurse will coordinate intake, bed control, transfers, and bed placement in a hospital transfer center on a 20 week contract in Spokane, Washington. The role supports a short term acute care, level II trauma, and level II pediatric trauma setting and uses Epic.

• Coordinate intake and bed placement for incoming patients
• Manage transfer requests and admission flow across units
• Track bed status and support capacity decisions
• Document transfer activity and updates in Epic
• Communicate placement needs with the house supervisor
• Escalate diversion and placement issues as needed

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of house supervisor or transfer center experience
• Epic charting experience
• Experience with bed control, transfers, and intake

• NICU experience
• PICU experience
• Surgical services experience
