Travel House Supervisor RN in Chewelah, WA

A Travel House Supervisor Registered Nurse will lead emergency department and acute care operations in Chewelah, Washington on a 13-week contract. This critical access hospital uses Epic and cares for patients from neonates through geriatrics, with the role supporting safe patient flow and care transitions across both units.

• Lead daily operations across the emergency department and acute care unit
• Coordinate patient flow, admissions, and care transitions
• Support charge duties and staffing decisions to maintain coverage
• Assist in the emergency department as a second nurse when needed
• Manage urgent situations, including codes, rapid response, and behavioral escalation
• Collaborate with clinical teams to promote safe, high-quality care

• Registered Nurse license in Washington
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS
• 2 years of emergency department and charge nurse experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Prior travel experience
• Emergency department and inpatient acute care skills, including code management, crisis intervention, de-escalation, bed diversion, IV starts, and restraint management
