Travel Hospice Palliative Care RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Hospice Palliative Care Registered Nurse will provide hospice care in a home health setting on a 13-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The role serves hospice-eligible adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, with EPIC and Home Care Home Base charting and support from interpretation, social services, and pharmacy.

• Complete hospice intake assessments and interviews
• Coordinate triage support and symptom updates
• Develop goals of care with patients and families
• Provide end-of-life education and emotional support
• Document visits, assessments, and care plans in the record
• Support medication safety and proper disposal guidance

• Current Washington Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of skilled hospice or home health experience
• Home Care Home Base experience
• Triage experience

• Advance directives and end-of-life counseling
• Pain management, constipation, and nausea control
• Family education, perideath support, and cultural awareness
• Epic charting experience
