Travel Electrophysiology Lab RN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Electrophysiology Lab Registered Nurse will assist with electrophysiology and cardiac cath procedures in a hospital unit for a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The unit has 4 rooms, 1:1 care, and uses Meditech.

• Monitor patients during atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter ablations
• Scrub ablation and permanent pacemaker cases
• Assist with Watchman and other electrophysiology procedures
• Support cardiac cath cases, including PCI and peripheral interventions
• Help with Impella and balloon pump cases
• Prepare the room, manage supplies, and maintain safe patient care during procedures

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• RCIS and RCES credentials
• BLS and ACLS
• Independent monitoring of atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter ablations
• Scrubbing experience with ablation and permanent pacemaker cases

• Experience with both electrophysiology and cath lab cases
• Comfort with a broad interventional case mix
