Travel Educator RN in Milton, MA

A Travel RN Educator Registered Nurse will support staff education in the surgical services unit of an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Milton, Massachusetts. The role emphasizes adult learning, staff development, and educational support across PACU, ENDO, central processing, and OR.

• Assess staff educational needs
• Plan and coordinate orientation and learning programs
• Conduct training sessions and educational offerings
• Evaluate program outcomes and staff progress
• Mentor staff and promote adult learning
• Support education across PACU, ENDO, central processing, and OR

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• 3-5 years of nursing experience
• PACU and general education experience
• BLS and ACLS instructor certification before start
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills

• Master of Science in Nursing in education or Clinical Nurse Specialist preparation
• Critical care experience
