Travel ED RN in Pontiac, MI

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Pontiac, Michigan. The unit treats patients with stroke symptoms, chest pain, seizures, trauma, bleeding, burns, and abdominal pain.

• Assess and prioritize patients with urgent and emergent needs
• Monitor vital signs and response to treatment
• Start and manage IV therapy and medication administration
• Assist with stabilization and emergency procedures
• Coordinate care with physicians and the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse license
• AHA BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• TNCC certification
• AHA PALS certification
