Travel ED RN in Coos Bay, OR

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency nursing care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Coos Bay, Oregon.

• Assess and triage patients with urgent and emergent needs
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
• Initiate IV access and assist with emergency treatments
• Administer medications and support pain management
• Coordinate diagnostic testing and communicate findings with the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Provide discharge teaching and transfer support

• Active Oregon Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
• PALS or ENPC certification within 1 year of hire
• TNCC certification within 1 year of hire
• 3 years recent emergency department Registered Nurse experience
• Recent acute care hospital experience within 5 years

• CEN or equivalent certification
