Travel ED RN in Concord, CA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Concord, California. The unit is a community hospital emergency department with Level II trauma designation, EPIC charting, and high patient volume.

• Triage and prioritize patients by acuity
• Assess, stabilize, and monitor emergency patients
• Assist with trauma care and rapid interventions
• Administer medications and support IV therapy
• Document assessments and care in EPIC
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team
• Support pediatric and adult emergency care

• California Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• NIH Stroke Scale
• Emergency department experience
• Strong EPIC experience
• Skills checklist completion
• Lethal rhythm exam completion
