Travel Echo-Vascular Tech in Live Oak, TX

A Travel Echo-Vascular Tech Registered Cardiovascular Sonographer will perform echocardiography and vascular imaging in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Live Oak, Texas. The role supports a non-invasive cardiology unit with Meditech charting and a high daily volume of mostly portable studies.

• Perform echocardiograms independently
• Assist with TEE and stress echo studies
• Complete vascular imaging and other assigned noninvasive studies
• Document exams in Meditech
• Prepare patients and position equipment for portable studies
• Review images for quality and follow protocol

• Active RCS or RDCS
• BLS certification
• 2 years of hospital experience
• Ability to complete echocardiograms independently
• Knowledge of anatomy and disease process

• TEE experience
• Stress echo experience
• Vascular ultrasound experience
• Meditech experience
