Travel Director of Nursing RN in Janesville, WI

A Travel Director of Nursing Registered Nurse will lead nursing care coordination in a skilled nursing and long-term care unit on a 13-week contract in Janesville, Wisconsin. The role supports resident care planning, monthly quality tracking, and regulatory compliance in a setting focused on continuity of care.

• Lead nursing care activities across the resident care continuum
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning and case management
• Develop and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and standards of practice
• Supervise, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing staff
• Monitor quality data, chart compliance, and resident safety trends
• Guide infection control practices and support regulatory compliance

• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 2 to 4 years of supervisory experience in long term care nursing or demonstrated leadership in a long term care facility
• BLS/BCLS certification
• Approved CPR certification within 90 days of hire
