Travel CVOR RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel CVOR Registered Nurse will support cardiovascular operating room cases in a hospital during a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The unit has 6 operating rooms, uses Cerner, and handles complex cardiac and thoracic surgery in a Level II trauma center.

• Circulate cardiovascular operating room cases
• Prepare the operating room and maintain sterile technique
• Assist with CABG, valve replacement, VAD insertions, TAVR, VATS, and lobectomy cases
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, scrub staff, and surgical technologists
• Document case activity in Cerner
• Support pump cases and first assist needs as assigned

• Current North Carolina Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Extensive CVOR circulator experience

• Scrub or first assist experience
