Travel CT Tech in Wichita, KS

A Travel CT Technologist will support computed tomography imaging in an acute care hospital on a 13 week contract in Wichita, Kansas. The unit serves mostly adult emergency department patients with some pediatric scans and inpatient studies, and uses Meditech and PACS.

• Perform CT imaging studies of the head, spine, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and CTA exams
• Prepare patients, explain exams, and position them for clear imaging
• Review orders and coordinate studies with emergency and inpatient teams
• Operate the CT scanner and follow imaging protocols and safety practices
• Monitor image quality and repeat scans as needed to obtain diagnostic results
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate urgent findings to the care team

• 6 months of CT Tech experience
• ARRT CT registration
• Kansas license
• Graduate of an accredited radiology or imaging program
• Independent work and problem-solving skills

• Siemens scanner experience
• 2 to 3 years of CT experience
