Travel CT Tech in Wichita, KS

A Travel CT Tech Radiologic Technologist will perform computed tomography imaging in an acute care hospital in Wichita, Kansas on a 13-week contract. The unit serves a Trauma Level 1 and primary stroke center, averaging about 130 CT scans daily and using GE scanners with PACS and Meditech.

• Perform CT and CTA examinations for chest, neck, abdomen, head, and cardiac studies
• Assist with stroke protocol imaging and structural heart studies
• Position patients and prepare studies for safe image acquisition
• Work with nurses and other departments to keep exams moving
• Review images for quality and repeat scans when needed
• Maintain timely charting and patient safety during imaging care

• ARRT (R) certification
• Active Kansas licensure
• BLS certification
• Minimum 6 months of current acute care CT Tech experience

• GE scanner experience
• Meditech experience
