Travel CT Tech in Milwaukie, OR

A Travel Computed Tomography Technologist will provide CT and X-ray imaging support in an acute care hospital for a 26-week contract in Milwaukie, Oregon. The unit serves adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in a 1:1 setting, uses Epic, and is part of a teaching hospital. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging exams
• Prepare and administer contrast media
• Follow radiation safety and PPE practices
• Support emergency department and trauma imaging
• Communicate with patients across age groups
• Document studies in Epic

• ARRT certification in CT and radiography
• BLS certification
• 1 year of CT technologist experience
• Experience with contrast media preparation and administration
• Knowledge of radiation safety and isolation precautions/PPE

• Epic charting system experience
• 3D rendering and multiplanar reconstruction
• Peripheral IV starts and venipuncture
• Adult acute care, ICU, and PACS experience
