Travel CT Tech in Laurinburg, NC

A Travel Computed Tomography Technologist will support diagnostic imaging in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Laurinburg, North Carolina. The unit serves pediatric through geriatric patients, uses Epic and PACS, and supports image-guided procedures. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform CT examinations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Assist with biopsy procedures and other image-guided interventions
• Prepare patients and administer contrast media
• Start peripheral IVs and complete venipuncture
• Apply radiation safety and isolation precautions
• Document imaging studies in Epic and use PACS tools

• ARRT in Computed Tomography
• Basic Life Support certification
• 3 years of CT experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Contrast administration, venipuncture, and peripheral IV skills

• Colorectal studies and intravenous pyelogram experience
• CT arthrography and enterography studies
• Cardiac CT studies, including calcium scoring and coronary angiography
• Lead or management experience; Philips system experience
