Travel CT Tech in Laurinburg, NC

A Travel Computed Tomography Technologist will perform CT imaging in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Laurinburg, North Carolina. The unit serves adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics, averages 20 visits per day, and uses Epic charting with PACS imaging support.

• Perform CT imaging for inpatient and outpatient patients
• Assist with biopsy procedures and related imaging support
• Prepare and administer contrast media as ordered
• Start peripheral IVs and obtain venipuncture access
• Maintain radiation safety and isolation precautions
• Document studies in Epic and manage images in PACS
• Support trauma, emergency, ICU, and pediatric imaging needs

• ARRT certification in Computed Tomography
• BLS certification
• 3 years of CT experience
• Epic charting experience

• Colorectal, CT arthrography, enterography, and heart studies
• Intravenous pyelogram and venous imaging experience
• Management or lead experience
