Travel CT Tech in Chewelah, WA

A Travel CT Technologist will support CT and X-ray imaging in a critical access hospital on an 8-week contract in Chewelah, Washington. The unit uses Epic, serves adult acute care and outpatient patients, and works with a 5:1 ratio. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging for adult acute care and outpatient patients
• Prepare patients for exams and explain imaging steps
• Start peripheral IVs and assist with contrast media administration
• Follow isolation precautions and safe imaging practices
• Acquire studies across the head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, and musculoskeletal trauma
• Document studies and support PACS and charting workflows

• Washington CT/X-ray license
• BLS and ARRT CT certification
• 1 year of CT experience
• Adult acute care and adult outpatient imaging experience
• CT studies across abdomen, pelvis, chest, head, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, and musculoskeletal trauma for neonate through older adult patients
• Contrast media preparation and administration, peripheral IV starts, isolation precautions, PACS, and charting system experience
• Experience with GE, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba imaging systems
