Travel CT Tech in Brandon, FL

A Travel Computed Tomography Technologist will perform diagnostic CT imaging for emergency patients in an acute care hospital on a 12-week contract in Brandon, Florida. The role supports a freestanding emergency department CT unit and uses standard imaging equipment.

• Perform CT scans and obtain quality images
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and verify readiness
• Position patients and operate imaging equipment
• Administer contrast support per protocol and monitor for reactions
• Maintain image quality, documentation, and radiation safety
• Coordinate with the care team to support timely emergency imaging

• Florida radiologic technologist license
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
• CT imaging, patient positioning, and radiation safety skills
