Travel CT Tech in Asheville, NC

A Travel CT Technologist Registered Technologist will support diagnostic CT imaging in a hospital radiology unit on a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The unit uses GE CT scanners, Cerner Rad Net, and Philips PACS, with imaging needs that include neuro, body, MSK, cardiac, pediatric, trauma, stroke, and invasive studies.

• Perform diagnostic CT imaging studies for a varied patient population
• Assist with invasive, cardiac, pediatric, trauma, and stroke imaging cases
• Prepare patients and verify imaging needs before scans
• Operate CT scanners and contrast injector systems
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during imaging
• Document studies and coordinate with the care team

• ARRT (R) certification
• Diagnostic and invasive CT imaging proficiency
• ED trauma and stroke imaging experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• GE CT scanner experience
• Cardiac CT imaging experience
• Venipuncture skills
