Travel CNA in Seward, AK

A Travel Certified Nursing Assistant will support acute care, inpatient, swing bed, and observation patients on a medical surgical acute care unit in Seward, Alaska for a 13-week contract. The hospital is a critical access hospital with ECS charting, and first-time travelers are welcome.

• Assist with ambulation and safe transfers
• Support feeding, turning, repositioning, and pressure injury prevention
• Provide bathing, mouth care, perineal care, shaving, shower assistance, and linen changes
• Measure vital signs, orthostatic blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and glucose
• Use PPE and isolation precautions
• Report changes in patient condition

• Alaska Certified Nursing Assistant license in hand
• Basic Life Support certification
• 0.8 years of acute care experience
• Food Handler's Card
