A Travel Certified Nursing Assistant will provide supportive care in a nursing home setting on a 13-week contract in Bad Axe, Michigan. The unit serves long-term care residents and focuses on daily living support, mealtime assistance, skin checks, and documentation.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Support lifting, turning, positioning, and transport
• Coordinate mealtime setup, feeding assistance, and intake documentation
• Deliver nutritional supplements and record intake
• Weigh residents, document results, and report changes
• Monitor skin condition and report breakdown or pressure areas
• Complete flow sheets and report changes in resident condition

• Michigan nursing assistant license
• Basic Life Support certification from AHA
