Travel Cath Lab Tech in Thornton, CO

A Travel Cath Lab Technologist will support cardiac catheterization procedures in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Thornton, Colorado. The unit has 3 holding bays, 2 cath suites, and Meditech charting, with a 3:1 staffing pattern in the procedural area.

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cath lab procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Prepare equipment and supplies for fluoroscopy-based cases
• Support left and right heart catheterization, PCI, and peripheral cases
• Assist with pacemaker, ICD, cardioversion, TEE, tilt table, and stress procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and accurate documentation

• Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience
• BLS certification
• ARRT (R) certification
• RCIS or RCES certification
• Ability to apply for Colorado Fluoroscopy Operator registration before start

• ARRT (CI) or (CV)
• Holding experience
• Monitoring experience
