Travel Cardiac Cath Lab RN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse will provide care in the cardiac cath lab on a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The unit performs diagnostic and interventional heart cath, EP, and interventional radiology studies and uses Meditech.

• Prepare patients for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Assist physicians during heart cath, EP, and interventional radiology studies
• Monitor patient status and responses during procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and support room setup
• Document assessments, interventions, and procedure details in Meditech
• Provide recovery support and patient education after procedures

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience

• Moderate sedation experience
• Meditech experience
