Travel Cardiac Cath Lab RN in Houston, TX

A Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse will support cardiac and interventional procedures in a hospital cath lab on a 13-week contract in Houston, Texas. Three procedure rooms, a three-person team for each patient procedure, MERGE Hemo cath lab documentation, and Meditech Expanse support left and right heart caths, device work, vascular cases, and EP ablations.

• Prepare patients for cardiac and interventional procedures
• Assist with left and right heart catheterizations
• Support pacemaker, ICD, and Watchman procedures
• Assist with IR, vascular, and EP ablations
• Monitor hemodynamics and patient response
• Document care in cath lab systems
• Maintain sterile technique and procedural safety

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• ACLS
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Cath lab procedural monitoring and hemodynamic support skills

• Electrophysiology experience
