Travel Cardiac Cath Lab RN in Anchorage, AK

A Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse will support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in an acute hospital on a 26-week contract in Anchorage, Alaska. The unit uses Epic and serves a Magnet, Level II trauma hospital. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures
• Monitor hemodynamics and patient status during procedures
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac care
• Maintain sterile technique and procedural room readiness
• Administer medications and support sedation monitoring
• Document care and procedural details in Epic
• Provide post-procedure assessment and recovery support

• Pending Alaska Registered Nurse license accepted
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2 years of cardiac cath lab experience
