Travel Bone Marrow Transplant RN in Denver, CO

A Travel Bone Marrow Transplant Registered Nurse will care for transplant patients in a hospital ICU on a 13-week contract in Denver, Colorado. The unit has 37 beds, uses Meditech charting, and commonly manages 1:2 assignments with complex infusions and neutropenic fever care.

• Assess and monitor bone marrow transplant patients
• Administer and monitor high-risk infusions and related therapies
• Support neutropenic fever protocols, including blood culture collection and IV medications
• Respond to changes in patient condition and coordinate care
• Document care in the medical record
• Educate patients and families on transplant recovery and precautions

• One year current Bone Marrow Transplant ICU experience
• Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS
• NIH Stroke Certificate

• Chemotherapy certification
• BMTCN certification
• OCN certification
