Travel Bone Marrow Transplant RN in Atlanta, GA

A Travel Bone Marrow Transplant Registered Nurse will care for transplant patients in an inpatient isolation unit at an acute care hospital in Atlanta, Georgia for a 16-week contract. The unit provides intermediate level of care, uses Cerner, and has low nurse-to-patient ratios.

• Provide direct care for transplant patients in an inpatient isolation unit
• Administer cell therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and blood product transfusions
• Monitor patient status and report changes promptly
• Coordinate care with the transplant team
• Document assessments, treatments, and responses in Cerner
• Follow isolation and infection control practices

• Georgia Registered Nurse license
• AHA BLS
• 2 years of recent bone marrow transplant experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• AHA ACLS
• Chemotherapy experience
• NIHSS
• Cerner experience
