Per Diem Labor and Delivery RN in Edmonds, WA

A Per Diem Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide care for laboring, antepartum, and postpartum patients in an acute care hospital in Edmonds, Washington. The unit maintains a 1:2 patient ratio.

• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor and delivery
• Support patients during labor management and recovery
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries as needed
• Administer medications and other ordered therapies
• Coordinate care with physicians, midwives, and the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Provide education and support to patients and families

• Active Washington Registered Nurse license
• AHA BLS certification
• NRP certification
• 3 years of labor and delivery experience

• EPIC charting experience
• ACLS
• AWHONN Advanced
