A Per Diem Echo-Vascular Tech Cardiac Sonographer will perform adult echocardiography and vascular studies in an acute care hospital in Los Angeles, California. Allscripts charting and Philips equipment are used.

• Perform adult echocardiography and vascular studies
• Prepare patients and explain procedures clearly
• Operate EPIQ and CPAS equipment for diagnostic imaging
• Document preliminary findings and complete handwritten reports
• Maintain accurate charting in the electronic record
• Work with the care team to support timely testing

• Current BLS certification
• 2 years of echo tech experience
• EPIC charting experience
• Experience with EPIQ and CPAS equipment
• Handwritten preliminary reporting experience

• Allscripts EMD charting experience
