Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for contract and temporary assignments at leading healthcare facilities nationwide. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate with other healthcare professionals, and ensure the comfort and well-being of patients. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions and document their medical histories.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and implement patient care plans based on assessments and physicians' orders.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment necessary for patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in .
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
